Honestly, most 'simulator' games are pretty much shooting for casuals who don't really undesrtand gaming but might be captivated by the idea of pretending to do somebody else's job in a simulation.Once in a great while, we get one that's a genuine labor of love that's surprisingly fun to play.

Euro Truck Simulator, for example. But, by and large, the goal of simulator games like this is just to score the sales of gullible casuals, and the simulators just play like crap.
